Hi Yolana, before I asked you to help us out in finding a place, I was in touch with another Realtor. I told him exactly what we were looking for and the location we were interested in. Needless to say, he did not come through. He kept giving me places to look at that did not meet our needs. It was like he was just out for a sale. When I spoke with you and told you what we were
looking for, you were right on target in finding us places that had the qualifications we were looking for. You didn’t waste any time in getting us places to look at and your schedule was flexible and conducive to ours. When it came to looking at the houses, you were just as enthused about them as we were.
